| On-Site Analysis, Inc. ("OSA") is a leader in used fluids diagnostic analysis technologies. These easy-to-use high quality analytical instruments offer users access to “Lab Quality analysis” without requiring special knowledge or technical skills.
The MotorCheck® and TruckCheck® OSAs provide ten minute diagnostic fluids analysis for engines, transmissions, power steering systems, and gearboxes. The analytical results are available in either consumer friendly or “scientific” diagnostic formats that are used to evaluate internal condition of engines, transmissions, power steering systems, or gearboxes. Over the years, the On-Site Analyzer® has advanced and expanded to cover a wide range of applications include mining, marine, heavy equipment, automobiles, trucks, off road equipment, generators, mini-laboratories, and other industrial applications. OSA has established the Company as the global leader in used fluids diagnostic analysis. The MetalCheck® OSA provides a subset of the MotorCheck® and TruckCheck® Analyzers at a reduced cost. MetalCheck® offers wear metals and selected elements in an easy to operate configuration for simple analysis. LubeTrak® is On-Site Analysis, Inc.’s exclusive Web-based global fluids monitoring division. MyLubeTrak® is a product that allows fleet operators complete, real time access and control over equipments’ condition, sampling schedule, and management reporting, all from their Web browser. By using this proprietary and customized management tool, fleet operators can spot trends, identify poor maintenance practices and direct needed services anywhere in the world, from the comforts of their own office. Additionally, data can be “mined”, graphed, and analyzed from numerous perspectives, making the MyLubeTrak® an effective tool for managing preventative maintenance practices and maximizing fleet productivity and output. OSA also manufactures and supplies the solid state SpecTrace® “silent” molecular tag and dye analyzer under an agreement with Rohm and Haas of Philadelphia, PA. R&H provides the SpecTrace® analyzer globally as part of their liquid petroleum marker system. Petroleum markers offer governments and suppliers a way to enforce taxation and to maintain brand integrity. The SpecTrace®, manufactured by OSA, immediately evaluates and identifies the fuel or lubricant and determines if it is pure or whether it has been adulterated or diluted to escape taxes and/or franchise fees.
