More Product Details
The OSA4 CoolCheck™ coolant analyzer is an analytical instrument that performs on site tests on your engine coolant. The OSA4 CoolCheck™ will instantly tell you what the coolant formulation is (Conventional or Longlife) as well as identifying problems that are within the cooling system. The CoolCheck™ uses an Embedded XP Panel PC that is coupled with a dual path multi-wave spectrometer. The CoolCheck™ will execute 9 different tests in less than a minute and print an easy to understand report. No more dangerous chemicals, long waiting time sending samples to expensive laboratories, and no more guessing with subjective test strips. The OSA4 CoolCheck™ takes the guesswork out of knowing both the condition of the coolant and the condition of the cooling system.
Printer/Internet Communication
Each OSA4 must have a permanent form of communication. The line will be used to update and repair the analyzers remotely. There are two options available for ongoing software and service support:
Option 1 is a Static IP address accessible through pre-installed PCAnywhere software. This option will require a static IP address and port forwarding through a router's firewall (default ports 5631 and 5632).
Option 2 is a Dynamic or static IP with a connection to the Internet. A secure third party software program will be used to connect to the analyzer. This eliminates firewall issues and the need for port forwarding. The data can also be downloaded to LubeTrak® - Online Reporting Tools.
